Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
– Genesis

Q1: What is Genesis?
Genesis provides discounted medical bundle plans and administrative healthcare support. We help individuals and families access affordable care through a growing network of licensed providers. We also support medical offices with essential back-office services.
Q2: Is Genesis a medical clinic?
No. Genesis is not a clinic. We coordinate discounted healthcare services through partner providers, including general care. Specialty services, surgical procedures, and post-rehabilitation will be available in future phases. Until then, we may provide referrals to trusted external providers.
Q3: Does location matter?
No. Genesis can serve patients regardless of location. We are continuously expanding by adding new locations and partnering with trusted medical offices and specialty providers.
Q4: How can I contact Genesis?
Please email us at admin@genesishealthcare.info. That is our official contact method.
Q5: Who can join a Genesis plan?
Anyone can join. Our plans are open to individuals, families, self-employed workers, and anyone seeking affordable medical care. You don’t need to be a family member of an existing client.
Q6: Are there qualifications or income limits to enroll?
No. There are no income or qualification requirements. Genesis is open to all who want to access quality care at a lower cost.
Q7: How soon can I be seen after enrolling?
As soon as possible. In many cases, appointments are available same-day, or within 3 to 7 business days, depending on provider availability and your care needs.
Q8: How are payments made?
All payments are paid in advance. Plans may be monthly or annual, and a one-time annual membership fee is required at the start of each new plan year.
Q9: What if I stop making monthly payments?

If payments stop, your plan will be paused. To restart:

  • Bring your account up to date
  • A $25 reactivation fee may apply if more than 30 days have passed
  • Missed months are not credited; service resumes once payment is received
Q10: Do you offer refunds?
Because services are discounted and prepaid, we do not offer refunds once services have started or during active months. Partial refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if no services have been used.
Q11: Do I get charged for missed appointments?
Yes. A missed appointment or no-show fee may apply (suggested: $35–$50) unless you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are issued for missed appointments.
Q12: What services are included in Genesis plans?

Plans may include:

  • General medical visits
  • Lab work
  • Preventative screenings
  • Referrals to specialty care
  • In the future: surgical consultations and post-rehabilitation services
Q13: Do you work with specialists and surgery centers?
Yes. We partner with specialists, surgical centers, physical therapists, and post-rehab providers. Currently, we provide referrals, and we plan to directly include these services in future phases.
Q14: Can medical providers partner with Genesis?
Absolutely. Genesis works with licensed providers and clinics who want to offer care through our platform. To partner with us, email admin@genesishealthcare.info.
